Sponsorship Cancellation & Refund Policy

We greatly value the support of our sponsors and are committed to a successful partnership.

• Non-Refundable Contributions: All sponsorship payments are non-refundable, as funds are allocated in advance toward event planning, marketing, and operational expenses.

• Sponsor Cancellation: If a sponsor needs to cancel their participation, written notice is required. While sponsorship fees will not be refunded, we will make reasonable efforts to honor agreed-upon benefits where possible.

• Event Changes or Cancellation: In the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring the event to be postponed or canceled, sponsorship benefits may be transferred to a rescheduled date or future event at the organizer’s discretion.

• Sponsor Substitutions: Sponsorships are not transferable without prior written approval from event organizers.
