Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.

Refund Requests: All approved refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Cancellation Deadline: No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event date, regardless of the reason.

Transfers/Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us in advance with the replacement attendee’s details
